ETIXdirect.com.au is the online ticketing division of The Events Centre, Caloundra, Sunshine Coast in Queensland, Australia.    We sell tickets for festivals, sporting events, promoter’s, bands, theatre and entertainment shows, school shows, dance theatre shows and more.

Do you already have my booking details for purchasing tickets?

Answer:

ETIXdirect.com.au may have your details on file if you have purchased tickets through The Events Centre (formerly Caloundra Civic Cultural Centre) for any of our events and shows in the past.  When you book your tickets on line or via phone our Events Specialist will be able to assist you further.

Where can I purchase ticket/s?

Answer:

1. You can purchase your tickets on-line at www.etixdirect.com.au and follow the instructions
2. You can call ETIX and book your tickets directly over the phone (07) 5491 4240
3. You can come into The Events Centre Box Office/ETIX Direct Office, 20 Minchinton St, Caloundra Qld 4551 and purchase your ticket directly.

What do I need to purchase a ticket/s?

Answer:

You will need to provide your full name, address, phone number and email.  Please provide your full address including street number.  If paying by credit card you will need to provide a VISA or MasterCard.  ETIXdirect.com.au currently is not set up to take AMEX, Diners or Bank Card or BPay

How will I receive my ticket/s?

Answer:

All tickets are mailed directly to you from our Head Office through Australia Post.  Tickets are sent out within 24 hours of your booking being taken at ETIX.

My ticket/s have not arrived? What should I do?

Answer:

Tickets are sent out in the mail within 24 hours of ordering and paying.  If you have not received your tickets within three working days please contact The Events Centre Box Office directly on (07) 5491 4240

Question:

How do I get a refund?

Answer:

All tickets purchased are non-refundable and non-transferable.  This means we are unable to process refunds on tickets.  Tickets must be treated like cash, if they are lost or stolen there is no recourse for a refund.  If a show has been cancelled by the promoter ETIX will send you and email explaining this and the purchase price will automatically be refunded to the credit card on which the tickets were purchased.

What are the age restrictions for an event?

Answer:

Age restrictions for an event are determined by the promoter, venue, or management organiser.  They are as follows:

1. 18+: This event or show is for people who are over 18 years or older. I.D. is required for entry
2. All Ages – The doors are open for all ages
3. All Ages Licensed - This means that the doors are open for all.  However there will be licensed drinking areas where there is consumption of alcoholic beverages.   You will need to show photo ID in order to gain access to these areas.  No ID, No Entry to the licensed area.
4.
